save game required Placing an advert for any first team open position wont actually place the ad.

Once you click the button, it thinks for a few seconds, this is normal it typically does when it works.  However, you don't see the notification in your inbox that the ad hasn't been placed.  Restarting my computer, simulating the game, reloading the save all do not fix the problem.
