Persuade staff to leave when a club approaches them.

It's great that we can persuade staff to stay when an approach is made but it would be equally helpful if we could also do the opposite & persuade them to move on.

Managers do this in real life when it's a good opportunity for the staff member or when they know that their future at the club is uncertain (due to a takeover or something) or perhaps even when the club needs the compensation money to survive.
