smeagoltonez Posted July 4, 2021 Share Posted July 4, 2021 It's great that we can persuade staff to stay when an approach is made but it would be equally helpful if we could also do the opposite & persuade them to move on. Managers do this in real life when it's a good opportunity for the staff member or when they know that their future at the club is uncertain (due to a takeover or something) or perhaps even when the club needs the compensation money to survive.
