Is there any chance to add small nations of the Russian Federation to the game ?

Players who have no relation to the Russians are usually signed as such in the column of the nation , the same situation with the regens. Is it possible in the future to add the Caucasian nations (Ossetians ,Circassians ,Chechens) and their traditional surnames *?

 

* it's just sometimes funny to watch how some regen with the surname "Ivanov" appears in the conditional city of Grozny
