No Crowds/Fans FM21

I'm currently half way though my first season on FM21 and there is no crowd, just stewards. I have it on very low quality also, is there a way to fix this? because its making me not want to play the game tbh, it doesn't seem right with no fans.

In order to make the game run on lower end machines, the option to do without crowds was introduced on the low settings.  If you want crowds, then you will need to up the quality settings but you will run the risk of the game not running at all.

Thanks for your reply, what do you suggest I do? What's the best alternative.

Set the graphics quality in preferences to low- check the game.  Then adjust the settings up  one level at a time, checking each time till you maybe find a setting where the crowds are available.  If the game runs well, then you should be OK- if it doesnt run, then adjust down again.  I would also check that your graphics card is using the latest driver
