From my experience as HRIS consultant, payroll manager really need to view the discrepancy between old salary and new salary, how many % increase in salary

As for bonus approximate production, is use to maintain the budget. So bonus is rarely over budget. 

So I hope contract offer can show the comaprison betwen existing contract vs the offered contract. Bonus can use last season performance as approximately guidance
