Do AI managers pick & buy players based on attributes, reputation or CA?

I wondered whether they think the same way as us & choose the player who has the best attributes for the position? Or do they go by reputation or CA?

I would say it's a mixture of everything, so pretty similar like the user decides.

It's not random. It's down to so many criterias. In most Nations it's not the manager who does transfers. It's the DoF and sometimes even the Club-Owner. They have their own transfer-preferences too (Age, Nationality, price-range etc.) .
