You can change the language in the preferences on the fly, but maybe you could add the option to translate more specific things with a right click or something? Attributes for example, I've got no idea what a lot of the words are. Quick right click, translate to English. Similar for press conferences (or any page), button in the bottom corner to chop and change between whatever language you want?
