Giving DoF instructions for contract negotiations

Hi,

the DoF is a very double-edged sword at this point (mostly pointing towards the player). It would be great if we could instruct our DoF to negotiate contracts in a certain manner - just like we can set a limit for him for a transfer target (and make him potentially fail), I'd like to give him a limit for player wages (i.e. based on playing time) or tell him not to allow yearly wage rise (he often puts in 25 % which on a 3+ year contract which is insane), stop pushing relegation wage drops if my team is challenging for title, scrap release clauses whenever possible (i.e. whenever not locked by the agent) etc. 

I'd imagine this to have an additional drop-down menu for the "DoF negotiate contract" with added options e.g. "contract for regular starter/fringe player" etc, that have hard-set instructions for negotiating by the player for each case (paragraph above).

Or, you know, make this function within reason, so that we don't end up with mediocre-potential 16-year-olds on a star player's salary from a DoF with 20 negotiation. He could be so much more useful than he is now.

For staff negotiations, the DoF/TD work very well, offering ~10 % raise for renewal contracts, so why not make them reasonable for player contracts - or at least let us set up bounds for them.
