FM Touch 21 (Android) Scouting Opposition

Hi everyone 👋, I really hope someone can help me out here, I've just hired a new Chief Scout and for some unbeknown reason he and his scouting team won't give me scouting reports on my next opponent unless I specifically ask, where as my previous Chief Scout would would do this automatically??? Any advice or pointers on how to get them to do it automatically again would be great,
