New League Rules

Hello fellow managers, i wanted to change rules for Serbian Super League as they changed it this season, its some simple rules about squad selection and number of teams is reduced...Rules are:
-At least 1 U21 player must be on the pitch for the whole game
-Only 4 foreign players can be in first 11 but as much as you like on the bench (only 4 can be on the field at the same time to be precise)
-Var is added to Serbian league
-League is reduced from 20 clubs to 16
-Only 2 teams get relegated, first 2 in lower division are promoted and 13. and 14. play against 3. and 4. in lower division for relegation or promotion

I cant seem to find these options in editor..

If someone is willing to help please answer in Topic or message me so you could help me make this.

In the editor go to Nations Rules (top menu)

When you have clicked that, choose Serbia and add lower division or cups. You now have the basic rules.

Next you go back to where you clicked Nations rules and you click Advanced rules. You now have the advanced rules.

The change for 1 U21 player and 4 foreign players can be made under Serbia >> Fixture rules. Play around a bit to see if you understand how it works. It can be a bit overwhelming at first (loooooots of options).

I found a way to that, now i dont know what to change here, under what menu... https://prnt.sc/1goxam0

Should i change it for all, or changing first one will change all of them?

I though 1 U21 and foreign player was only for the Super League, or maybe I read your post wrong.
