Make an entire league/nation full of good players and money

So I wanna make the Vanuatu produce good fake players from the getgo, when I start a new save. I want them to be at a decent level ud find in europe. I also want all teams to be pro, have good academies, stadiums, have money, etc etc. Must I do this manually for everu single team, is this there a way to do this in batch?

If you want to give them all the same values, you can select several teams at a time and change the values. There are a few that will have to be done individually though.
