Money in advance feature

Time to include a feature that allows you to spend money rather than wait for it to arrive.

Using the jack grealish situation.

You know you are about to sell a player

But you want to spend that money in advance to secure your new players.

So how about including a feature where you can request the chairman to give you money upfront?
