Can't select league at pick clubs screen

Hello,

I tried editing in the advanced editor a bit and I think I have everything set for the 5th tier in Norway. I activated a lower division and I can select it in the database setup screen, just when I get to the point where the database is loaded and I am supposed to pick my team the competition does not show up. I'm pretty sure it's one checkbox away or something, but I can't seem to find where.

There is a checkbox for the third or fourth level for Norway that keeps that level invisible or inactive. Should be in the overview page of that competition in the advanced editor.
