I think that there should be more training options in the game. For example, for match preperation and match tactics, you could potentially watch a training match to evaluate your players.

Thank you for bringing this up here. As we've seen this before within the community it has been logged as part of our internal database of features to consider. This means it could still be rejected or with further development make it to a future version of FM
