What attribute is most similar to Interception in FM?

There are a few attributes that spring to mind for interceptions:

Positioning, decisions, anticipation, marking, aggression, work rate 

I think some are more important depending on the player’s position - positioning/marking for a centre back and perhaps work rate/aggression for a ball winning midfielder

If I had to go with one I’d pick positioning

You really cannot bring these things down to one attribute. Multiple things (including luck once all attributes are accounted for) have a part to play, just as in real football...

An interception is when Player A stops a pass between 2 other players.

To do this Player A needs good positioning, decisions, anticipation, marking, aggression, work rate  (as @LazyEnganchehas said)

To be really good at interceptions (like Javier Mascherano or Gini Wijnaldum) Player A needs them all.

Nobody knows how exactly the attributes are weighted except the Devs. I just don't see the need of creating topic over topic again if it's actually answered already, but I'm not a moderator

I understand posting the manual as main reference,  but reading it could still be a bit overwhelming as it implies the user having a half decent understanding of football to start with. 

Stock answer for questions on here always seem to be a bit dismissive and not at least offer an opinion to help
