WeveGotBibinho
Hello all! I'm new around here so bare with me as this may be something that has been talked about loads (i can gaurentee it). I recently found out today that you could play FM via Xbox with a keyboard & mouse (absolute game changer) and thought i would give it a whirl. After playing a ton of FM touch via the PC, i was amazed to see my save come through via the cloud on Xbox. I knew it was a thing but didn't realise how easy it was. Anyway, upon loading the game, i found the resolution of the screen to be way more zoomed in than i would have like, compared to what i think is much more digestable on the PC. I have attached the same situations from PC & Xbox as reference (don't watch that team selection and formation. This is a tester run through - i promise...). Is this something that can be changed on the Xbox as the team selection screen & match day screens are near unwatchable as you can't even see the players names under the shirts in the formation compared to the PC version. Something as simple as zoom size, similar to the PC version, would be amazing! Also for reference, these screenshots were taken via a capture card for Xbox and Xbox game bar UI for the PC version. The games are being played on the same monitor as well. SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted August 30, 2021 SI Staff Share Posted August 30, 2021 This is wholly intentional I'm afraid - with regards to the XBox version the majority of users control using the controller and as such keeping the complexity of the UI sensible and designed for controller usage is important. The depth of the actual game is unchanged (as is it's functionality). (it's also worth mentioning that with the Xbox game we have no idea of the size or fidelity of the television that the game is being viewed upon or how distant the player is from it, which is also a factor in us choosing the screen layout etc. that we have)
