Coronavirus

Just had a player out with injury due to coronavirus, did not know that was implemented in the game, has anyone had that before?

I’d imagine this is because you’re playing with a custom dB with ‘realistic ‘ injuries

It's not in the base game (as Miles have stated before the game released, the game is an escape for many, so they would keep covid out of it). So it must be due to some file you've added at some point.

I'm almost certain I had it appear in the game, and I hadn't used any db updates apart from stuff I'd made with minimal edits.  Remember seeming like it was pretty weird as I was sure it hadn't been added.

SI didn't add it. It's related to something you added to the game. It might not be an entire database, but another mod.

Whenever I get a player with a virus for two weeks I can't help but think it's rona, but it's 100% not in the game

Miles wrote a long article summarising the reasoning behind it which you can find, if you want to know why he wanted to do so. And if you are so troubled by it, then you see there are mods that allow you to add it.
