[CONTINENTAL RULES] Add competitions to existing structure

Just like title says.

 

E.g. UEFA - I'd like to add former Intertoto cup below CL, EL and EL2.

 

Also, it would be nice if you can decide which teams from national competitions qualify for certain competitions.

For example, you can change option that national cup winners play in some other competition (e.g. CWC). And if nation top division and national cup winner is same club, there should be option that another team takes it's place in "weaker" competition or in competition lower in pyramid.

All of previously mentioned can be done if you create continental competitions from scratch, but it's quite tiring actually.
