How about adding head coaches?

We are having too much power compared to real football managers. So I suggest adding head coaches, who have restricted power than managers(now).

 

For example, head coaches don't fully participate in transfer markets, and only submit recommended player lists or select from recommended lists submitted by the managing directors or football directors.

 

Of course the transfer AI should be improved by far.

Problem is differentiating between the roles of Director Football, your Assistant Manager, the Head of Development Under23/21/18 Managers and Loan Manager. Some consider the Manager himself to be the Head coach so we all have different views on whose position responsibilities and roles should be whose and it would vary from one club to another as it would individually depending on the skills and experience of the staff. 

Training first team - delegate to your Assistant Manager

Training of Youth Teams??? Head of Youth Development, the respective junior team Managers and their assistants?

SO to me your head coach is one of the above by roles, just not by name.

Whilst, we don't have head coaches in the game, it is possible to recreate the role by delegating the responsibilities to the rest of your staff.
