Training unwanted attributes

I would like to see unwanted attributes like marking, tackling, possession (for SC/AMRL) NOT increase while training.

Even when taking care of training myself and NEVER training these attributes in Attacking Unit, they still increase...I would actually like to see them decline!  This would help create much better players.  For instance, Mbappe/Neymar start the game with 1/2 marking/tackle/possession, which is impossible to train in any regen created later in the game.

The same would apply for the defensive unit - DC's not gaining attacking attributes which are not in schedules.

For DLP/CWB, you can then switch between Attack/defense units, since they need most attributes.

Set Piece training

Useless attributes for players not taking set pieces...they should decline if not trained - the one's talented in certain areas can be trained to take set pieces.  Again, would result in much better players with more relevant attributes for their roles/position.

Personality

Sport phycologist's should be on the payroll!  Player could be send to him/her (just like language course) to improve some personality traits.

Love the sport psychologist idea - it's one of actually a number of backroom jobs that have come on over the past few years and aren't in the game yet. Equally you can make the argument that there can be work done on things like not only facilities and coaches, but also nutritionists who can help with things like fitness levels. These are the types of roles that don't exist at a 4th division club necessarily, but as you progress through the divisions become more important to clubs in real life to increase the finer margins of player development.

Thanks for taking the time to raise these here. This is something which has already been flagged as requests within the community, so have already been documented and are part of our internal database of features for consideration. Like all features raised to us, they could end up rejected, or could after extensive design and development become a part of a future FM.
