Remove from shortlist button in inbox doesn't actually remove players from created shortlists

I've been playing FM21 for a long time and just realized why my shortlists are so full. When I get a scout report in my inbox about a player in a shortlist, if I hit remove from shortlist and hit acknowledge it doesn't actually remove them!
