Constant complaints about training

I have a player who complains about training constantly. One minute he want's more attacking technical training, the next day it's defensive tactical training. Now. I can see that players have these complaints from time to time, but this is just too much, it's been going on for half a year.

Do you experience this, and what do you do to solve it?

This is a young regen with five star potential.

Unless his development is being affected, don’t worry about it.  And in the picture above it states “has performed especially well in training lately and is showing an improvement…”

i wouldnt worry too much, just adjust training where he needs it. he looks real good, 5 stars and consistent. and it could be worse, he could be complaining about too much training
