Allow 'compare player' function to work between players of different positions

The player comparison menu would be hugely more helpful if it allowed players to add whoever they want globally as the second player/staff member (not just recently viewed in the same position/role).

It is often useful to compare across different positions, say if you're looking at leadership and other mental attributes.

A search function rather than just showing recently viewed players/staff would also save a few precious clicks each time also.

Thank you for the suggestion, we've got something similar in the db already so good to know there's a want for this.
