The Xbox edition is a streamlined version of the game almost identical to FM Touch (which can be bought via Windows Store for PC and subscribed to via Game Pass for PC and streamed via supported Tablets/mobiles via Xcloud). It didn't last year as it was based on (and nearly identical to) FM Touch and it's the same this year, so I can't see there being an editor. There hasn't been any mention of an editor being available this year either. Just note that I don't work for SI, so don't take this as anything 'official' .
