Toggle "Keep Scout Reports Up to date" per shortlist

I like using multiple Shortlists for multiple purposes (for example one for players whose contract will expire; another for new youth intake; another for my top targets; etc). This means I tend to have hundreds (if not more) of players across different shortlists.

Currently, there's a very convenient option to "Keep Scout Reports up to date", however, when enabling this then this is applied to all shortlists. I am concerned this will force my scouts to do a lot of scouting, even of players for which I do not necessarily need the latest reports.

My suggestion would be to give a selection of which shortlists to keep up to date.

Thanks for the suggestion, it's one that has been raised before and so it may yet be rejected or end up in a future version of FM
