[Suggestion] Save Staff Responsibilities

I would like to have the option to save my preferred staff responsibilities instead of having to set them up every time I start a new save. As I tend to micro-manage most aspects of the game my best option right now is to take over all responsibilites and then delegate a few tasks (e.g. general training, youth team tactics etc) which is ok, though I'd like to have the option to save them for future saves.

While we'd like to do something like this, akin to the way you can save and load tactics, it proves to be more complex than it sounds. 

Without extensive change under the hood, it would require each new save you start to have the same number and type of staff in order for the responsibilities to be delegated in the same manner. 

I can understand the frustration for the timebeing, but it isn't something we'd be able to implement any time soon - sorry!
