[COMPETITION RULES] [CROATIA] Minimal age for competitive matches

Regarding required players' minimal age for playing all competitive matches (leagues, cups) in Croatia, Croatian Football Federation rules clearly state that players under U17 are not allowed to play in competitive matches. And that is implemented in game.

However, players aged 16 can play if they have valid "specialist medical examination / physical" but not older than 6 months.

Maybe this rule exception could be implemented in game somehow, maybe not for full release on Novemeber 9th, but maybe in future patches or in FM 2023.

E.g. you have hot prospect aged 16 and you want to give hime some first team action but before match you must request medical report from club doctor is youngster healthy to play senior / first team matches. That report should last for 6 months.

Every season there is case of players aged 16 who play couple of matches for first team (league or cup). Most recent I can remember - Lovro Zvonarek or Roko Šimić.

Thanks for taking the time to raise this here. This is something which has now been documented and is part of our internal database of features for consideration. Like all features raised to us, it could end up rejected, or could after extensive design and development become a part of a future FM.
