I can't see the attributes ranges

When on the player search, there was a few attributes ranges for all unscouted players. I now can't see the attribute ranges and I found them helpful so I could decide to scout players. Is there anyway to resolve this?

Hi! You probably don't have any knowledge of the country where he is playing. Not his nationality, but where he is physically located. Check your player search/knowledge tab. You have to increase general country knowledge by either sending a scout (preferably who have high adaptability or speaks to local language of the target nation) to that country to increase his country knowledge....but it might take almost a full season to reach decent %. Or just hire a staff member who has that nationality and within a few weeks his individual country % will be counted in the club's knowledge. 

Increasing the "scouting package" under player search tab also helps massively as it will reveal key attributes for almost every individual within that region. It will cost money though (depending on the club's level it might not be even possible financially).
