Include stadium altitude in next opposition scout reports

Pretty much as the thread title says, with altitude having a potential impact on your player's endurance during a match - and particularly with the new impacts of stamina - it would make sense to let the player know when you are about to play at a ground that has unusually high altitude.

This could be included in either the scout report or analyst's report. It would also be useful to have altitude included in the information screen for individual stadiums, so that the player can simply check this information themselves. As it stands, I don't believe that altitude is provided anywhere in the game, despite having an impact.

Thanks for your feature request. We have looked into this and added this to our internal database of features. Like all features raised to us, it could end up rejected, or could after extensive design and development become a part of a future FM.
