Makoto Nakamura Posted November 9, 2021 Share Posted November 9, 2021 (edited) *apart from some teams in Greenland (I'm looking at you, Qaanaaq) Welcome to my first attempt at a non-beta save and the first of four, or maybe six youth only challenges. Four for the points of a compass taking me to Norway, Russia, Israel & Portugal and the two low league ones, San Marino and Bhutan. The aim? Win the Champions League without ever signing anyone. We have no staff but apparently this is our best player, and he actually isn't too bad! We have one real player, one goalkeeper and no strikers. And these are the very beginning odds. The only difference is the team we're taking charge of, as I went with Kautokeino, a team I had great success with a few years ago. A Youth Only save of course, as that is what I prefer. I wanted to start the save when I got home from work, and then I see that you are way ahead of me! I think it affects ReGens and NewGens only though so if you and @Moonshine have players added to your teams at the start, they will be the ones to see it most. I honestly can't remember since I didn't screenshot him at the start of the save, there's now a permanent screenshot since he was in the best eleven, he is almost 32 now though. Potentially yes, at a lesser club I can put it down to the fact that players aren't going to develop too well with rubbish facilities, but if it's happening at big clubs with great facilities then it would be game breaking, so for me, for now, I can feel alright to carry on.
