Help Microsoft Store and X Box One

Hello 

I bought FM22 X Box edition on Windows Microsoft Store on my laptop and it plays fine. How can I also play my save through my XBox one? Do you need gamepass to be be able to switch from PC to XBOX and vice versa, I presumed when I bought the game I would be able to switch from one device to the other. If so how do you do it, it keeps asking me to rebuy the game on my XBox one when I just presumed I would have to simply install it again. Any advice would be helpful thanks
