I love football manager, I love cities: Skylines. How do I get more FM in my C:S?

Or indeed more C:S in my FM? Both these games are very moddable, and share at least a couple of elements in common. For instance I could build a town or city, and the population of that city could be exported into an FM database, that sort of thing. Or using the matchday addon for C:S maybe I could export the results to FM or something? This probably isn't possible, but maybe something like exporting a stadium model to C:S. Any ideas welcome.
