Jay25H Posted November 17, 2021 Share Posted November 17, 2021 Finding it weird that i cant get a interview for Vanarama National League Team job when it comes available. I always start a save Unemployed and use the National C badge and Regional Level (Footballer) for all previous football managers and never seemed to get turned down by a club in this league, but for some reason on FM22 i always get turned down with them saying they want someone who can push for promotion yet in the job advert it says they want to push for mid table.
