Minimum allowed wage and contract duration

Hello managers and footballers.

I'm updating my country's database (Brazil) Among the 4 national divisions we have regional divisions called state championships, some with up to 4 divisions of their own. For a team to participate in any of these competitions the status must be professional.

Salary for lower division players is 1 to 2 minimum wages ($197.86 ~ $395.71 per month). Here we use months for the calculation and not weeks My problem is that I can't configure the editor for salaries less than $584. This appears to be the minimum allowed in the game for professional players. I can force lower salaries for pre-registered players in the editor, however every player hired in-game requires a minimum of $584. Even gray players with minimal skills don't get hired for less than that.

Does anyone know a way to change this? So far I have not found a solution

Another problem is contract durations... Anyone knows how I can change the minimum contract duration to 3 months. This is the minimum allowed by the Brazilian football confederation
