Improve readability of Staff Meetings (player trait alteration suggestions)

Staff meetings are great, but IMHO there's just too much text on screen, which can make them feel burdensome.

Some ideas for how to cut down on text while preserving all functionality and providing all the same info to the player:

  1. Use emphasized text (bold/colored) for the player name and the suggested trait to train in "Player Trait Alterations" (see red-underlined text)image.thumb.png.fbd1937744186d09bc82bc0a72ac0302.png
  2. Explicitly state what kind of training will be started when you click the "start training" button. Currently, you have to go back and scan the long-form description on the left to figure out what "start training" will do. image.thumb.png.11a5b39c997f1f93c1419aefb9381390.png
  3. Get rid of the "Suggested Actions" area (on the right) - move the "Start Training" button and "Analysis" points into the relevant cards in "Player Trait Alterations" (in the center). Thanks for taking the time to raise this here. This is something which has now been documented and is part of our internal database of features for consideration. Like all features raised to us, it could end up rejected, or could after extensive design and development become a part of a future FM.
