World Scouting Knowledge help

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am currently in my 2nd season as Man UFC in FM22. I started the game during the Beta. World scouting knowledge at the start of the game was 40%.

My scouting knowledge doesn't seem to increase at all. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. It dropped to 39% at one point but back at 40% (currently nearing the end of my 2nd season). Man UFC have a ridiculous amount of scouts. At the start of the save, I set up assignments for each scout covering a variety of regions, countries, areas, competitions, teams, players etc. Most of them are set to "ongoing" unless it is for a competition. I also have 3 affiliate teams setup in USA, Japan and Australia. My background staff are made up of multi nationals from all over the World.

Just wondering if there is something I am doing wrong, if I have missed something or if anyone has any tips to increase my World Knowledge. Previous FM games didn't seem to have this issue.

Thanks

In my opinion, the best to improve scouting knowledge is to hire staff and affiliate clubs of nations you have no knowledge of. I found that scouting regions, competitions , etc. to gain knowledge takes a lot of time.
