U21 issue

Not sure if this is a bug or another issue so putting it here just now.

I’ve got a game going with Cowdenbeath in Scottish League Two at the minute. Just in pre season of the second season.

I can’t seem to be able to move players to my u21 or u18 squads. Wasn’t an issue last season as I never had any youth players but I brought in a load of youth this season so only now have I noticed. When I right click on a player as you would to move them squads, I can make them available for both the youth teams but not actually move them squads.

I thought maybe it’s because I don’t actually have a 21s/18s but I am able to appoint a manager for them and as I said I can also make them available for those squads. I can also view the squads through the development centre. 

None of the two squads are registered to play in any youth league.

Anybody have any idea how to sort this or if it is a bug? Currently have about 40 players sitting in the first team and it’s unbearable.
