why is there no response on the FM 2022 xbox edition rest bug for over 2 weeks now?

here is a link to the reddit post, a lot of people have this problem: 

 

if you play with barcelona on the xbox edition your players and literary all the other teams in the league have the same problem where the players constantly have the "rest" icon near them(it starts a couple months into the season not immediately, if you simulate to december you can instantly see the bug there), they can't play two games in a row since for some reason their condition takes 3 or 4 times as long to recover which means they need about a week to fully recover condition and be fully fit for the next game and the second thing is that their sharpness probably drops 10 times as fast and it doesn't matter if you play low or high intensity tactic and leave training to assistant, THIS HAPPENS TO ALL TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE THAT ARE CONTROLLED BY AI ASWELL!

me and another player already posted there but you do not respond there and there was no fix in the last update hence why i post here where its more visible
