Sorry if has been asked and answered before, however I have searched and found no mention.....   Maybe I sug at searching

 

Is there a way to make the 16 non World Wide FIFA members?

 

So they play in Fifa tournaments I.E.  World Cup Q's. 

 

Talking Reunion - Tuvalu - Kiribati  ect......

Setting them to full membership is easy. 

 

Whether that works to add them to World Cup qualifiers is something I don't know though. Of particular interest would also be if these nations would replace another nation if they were added.

Either it will work, or.... you will have to rebuild the WC completely.

Depends on the continent. Haven't done much international stuff for FM22 yet, but there are usually some continents that are set up to automatically adjust to having more teams. If they're South American I think it's very unlikely they'd be included, anywhere there's a chance. An even better chance if they're in Asia/Oceania as I believe those continents share their WC qualifiers with the continental championship, so they're probably already involved, just not eligible to progress in the WC part of it.
