Deleting players

So currently I am using the pre game editor to painstakingly delete the 288K players I don't want in the game....

Done 100K thus far but this is extremely slow. 

I have Recourse Achiever if that helps, but not really able to use it

 

My Question is:  Is there a way I can remove the players I don't want via directly editing them with Open office or text file.

 

If I can please direct me to the file location I can edit and the tool with which to open it please
