Meetings/ setting scouting tasks

I like the recruitment meetings that were introduced. It would be nice if I could actually set agenda items, because I'm usually looking for defenders while my staff are looking at forwards & attacking midfielders.

I'd also like either to be able to set criteria, or for AI to infer my preferences, so that I'm not getting recommended 5' 5" central defenders/ goalkeepers, not getting people with no technique, not getting people who barely have the strength to stand up etc. etc.

Also, managing continental sides with "non-EU" regulations, please, an explicit statement of squad eligibility on the report form. 

And finally, I'd like to be able to ask scouts to look for general qualities like leadership, dead ball skills, and so on in the course of their normal (i.e. non-focused) work. As it stands, I can specify 'leader' in a short-term focus, but only for the specific position being scouted for.

If you create a new scouting assignment you can do this. You have to take control of scouting assignments here: 

 

And then go to assignments in the scouting centre and create a new assignment:
