Is there a way to decrease the frequency of transfers overall in FM 22?

I love playing a realistic FM save, and in In my third season so far I have seen a lot of big teams spending 300m+ a transfer window each season and have stacked squads and their big money signings don’t play at all. Liverpool have signed like 3 forwards in 1 window while still having Salah, Mane, Firmino, Jota that end up playing mostly. Is there a way to fix this mid-save? This makes the game unplayable for me.

transfer preferences in the pre game editor. There's already a file that makes transfers more realistic.

Is this the same file as:

 

[FM21] Realistic Transfer Preferences and *NEW* League Reputations - by Daveincid and majesticeternity

I used it in 21 and loved it but I’m not sure if the fule you’re linking is the same because it seems different.

meanwhile i can't move majority of my player without transfer listing

 all summer and only 2 players got low-ball offers.
