Match Sharpness and Rotation in La Liga

Hey guys

I'm after some advice. I'm managing in Spain after managing in Germany, Italy and England. I'm running into the problem of keeping my squad match sharp. Previously I have made squad players available for the 2nd team. I'm managing Barcelona and this is not possible because a player has to be registered either with the 1st team or B team.

Those managing in Spain, how do you navigate this?
