English League 2 Gems?

Just managed to scrape promotion with Weymouth via the playoffs.

Any recommendations for league 2? 

Almost all of my players will be released!

It's hard to say when you're a season in as the AI will release and sign different players as you go.

I signed the following for Hartlepool in League 2: 
Rodel Richards, ST
Jack Barmby, AMLC
Tristan Nydam, DM/MC
Mich'el Parker, DC/DM

I'm just in my second season now in my long term Salford save and first season I signed:

Rodel Richards - Free

Mark Helm - Loan

Viv Solomon-Otabor - Free

Ricky-Jade Jones - Loan

Demeaco Duhaney - Free

Rodel Richards finished the season as top scorer despite taking a little while to adjust and Mark Helm finished with around 20 assists in all competitions. I've also got Ricky-Jade Jones back on loan for my first season in League One and he's hit 7 in 6 so far.

2nd Season I got Dale Taylor & Fin Back on loan from Forest (Managing Chesterfield) - Taylor got 16 in 20 before being recalled.

Benny couto at Oldham. Loaned him first season at Sheffield Wednesday and signed him in the January window. After 1 season at the club he was listed as a club icon. Stats get pretty good pretty quick

I’ve actually just loaned him! Will try and make it permanent then. He looks promising and fits my team well. + he plays a couple of positions pretty well

These were my free signings for Exeter City:

 

Marc Navarro (WBR) - I managed to sign him in January as he was asking too much in wages

Julien Serrano (WBL) - I managed to sign him in January as he was asking too much in wages

Callum Gribbin (AMC/AML/AMR/MC) - Amazing freekicks and corners. Despite what my scouts say, he has been brilliant.

Keiren Westwood (GK) - Good, experienced sweeper keeper.

Rodel Richards (FC) - Amazing goal machine.

Jack Rodwell (DMC/MC) - Good backup. I managed to sign him in January as he was asking too much in wages.
