Something I've been saying for years is we need an option which will allow us to ask our players to focus more on marking one or two key players in the opposition of your choosing....(which is realistic) and mid season board meetings to address goals and if they're attainable, address discipline issues and more.

Handball is missing in the game or rarely happens. Sponsors are missing in the game which could add another realistic source of income and could mean the introduction of a commercial manager as a new member of the staff. For a realistic feel in England and other European countries around December some games should be postponed due to snow.

Long shots in this game is way overpowered and before the game even if your playing with a superior team they'll say your team are underdogs it's way off(shown by pic) and heat maps for every player would be amazing. We should be able to make ourselves an avatar using the new-gen face. Please add pack the bus because "contain" isn't defensive enough as I always try to use it in the last 20-30 minutes and the opposition always finds away to score and it should be much harder.

When you sign players with low wages due to their age or current rating they ask for inflated wages like more than 3 time than their original wage. Team bonuses based on league performance in form of 2%-10% wage increases would be cool and you can use this to boost your teams initiative.

Pls add performance based bonuses to reduce wage and sign-on fee demands. It would be great if we could ask the board to take our team for a trip too improve morale. I wish players could also come to you and ask a question.

We should be able to choose our penalty takers before a penalty shootout. It's unrealistic that only young players that aren't good enough to be a rotational player are the only players you can loan and there's no older players who aren't being used by their club. Pls add a late minute keeper run up for corner mechanic and allow clubs we want to buy players from to offer players swaps to lower prices.

Installments should be added for prices more than £/€75 as long as it takes more than half of your budget or dependent on your team and monthly team meetings would be great.

Our Assistant should give us half time advice in form of three sentences...what the opposition is taking advantage of, which player doesn't fit for the selected tactics and advice on what we can change.

We also need social media and more fan input like fans could demand more attacking play, critisize or praise the manager, board or team, react to possible signings and more. As another option when on holiday we should be able to watch other games like one game a day if you want to.

Pre-season tournaments should be added for extra income, pre-match and post match interviews should be added for big games where we have to try please the press, fans, the board and the players through a morale bar with 3 questions per interview and 4 answers but pls don't rush this and add as many questions as possible...that's all bye and I hope you all the best in the next update.
