Stabæk Posted December 15, 2021 Share Posted December 15, 2021 Anyone else experienced problems addding coaching staff to the first team? I've been managing CSKA Mosvka for three years. However, i've never been allowed to increase the staff. The board rejects it everytime. The facilities and U18 always get approved when asking for more staff or better facilities.
