Add / Remove Leagues

Hi. Thank you  for your time to read this.

I started my game pre updates and with only English leagues loaded. Started the season with a Championship club. Midway through the season i wanted to add more leagues as VIEW ONLY. I added 8 leagues. It said that these leagues would not be available until after the current season. Near the end of that season there was an update available 20.2 I downloaded the update and continued my saved game. Got promoted to the Premiership. Started playing some friendlies and it took ages after each game to load. Thought i had something running in the background ie anti virus etc. Nothing. Checked my add leagues. All 8 are PLAYABLE. This was set to VIEW ONLY. I attempted to change them all back, but it says that the changes will come into affect after the season.

Is this a bug or have i done something? I guess i will have to restart from scratch, as at the moment it is taking 5-10 minutes after each game
