MarkFB Posted December 30, 2021 Share Posted December 30, 2021 (edited) I’ve just taken the role of France manager in FM22 having guided St Albans to the premier league. I’ve got a few staff employed for the National team but is there any point in spending time building a first class back room staff for the National side? I.e. what do the national team staff affect in the game? For my club side the staff are essential for training but this doesn’t seem to matter for the national team.
