Issues with Staff Attributes from pre-game editor

I want to create a set of staff members that are identical for teams in a league. I have succeeded in creating and allocating non-players to each team and the different roles I want them in AND I have set the same attributes and current ability in the pre-game editor. 

When I start up the database all these non-players does not receive the attributes from the editor but are instead random. I've tried multiple ways of making sure that the attributes convert to the game, but none seem to do the trick. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this without having to use the In-game editor?
